Vicki Ginder,
LCSW, MSW, RYT

I use a client-centered, compassionate approach that is personalized, collaborative, and authentic throughout the treatment process. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you better understand yourself, work with your nervous system instead of against it, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we’ll identify your strengths, untangle the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build a life that feels more balanced and aligned with what matters most to you.

Expect a few laughs and occasional colorful language along the way—

because healing and humor can absolutely exist in the same room.

My practice integrates evidence-based treatments with a somatic, nervous system-informed approach to healing. I utilize therapies including CBT-E (Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Brainspotting Trauma Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I also incorporate somatic practices, breathwork, and mind-body awareness when appropriate. Sometimes healing starts with a conversation, and sometimes it starts by simply noticing that your shoulders have been trying to become your earrings all day.

In addition to traditional weekly therapy, I offer therapy intensives for individuals seeking a more focused and immersive treatment experience. Intensives provide extended sessions that allow for deeper processing, skill development, and meaningful progress in a shorter period of time—ideal for those who want to dive deeper without waiting months to get there.

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, including Binge Eating Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, OSFED/EDNOS, emotional eating, and body image concerns. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with nervous system regulation. Parent and family consultations are available because recovery doesn’t happen in isolation, and loved ones deserve guidance too.
