We Think Dietitians are a Must-Have!

As a therapist who works with the Eating Disorder population, I have the good fortune to work closely with dietitians on a regular basis. Dietitians add so much value to the recovery process. When you are recovering, it can be difficult to determine what is healthy and what is eating disordered. I so often hear "I know everything there is to know about nutrition" from my clients. It very well may be that they know a lot of nutritional facts, but what they are doing is not working... and often they are not even following the guidelines they know to be true. Dietitians are a resource that you can put your trust in while you are trying to re-establish healthy guidelines for yourself. 

We believe in comprehensive health. In our opinion, having as much educated support as possible is an essential for full recovery.
